Complex Family Foundation's shop enables you to easily browse our range of products and services catalogs (eg. books and eBooks, programs and courses, workshops and seminars, etc). To view a catalog of interest, click the 'How we help' menu (located in the top blue menu, or in right-side 'How we help' menu when in the shopping area). When you view a catalog item you are interested in, click the item's image or title to view more detail; and if you would like to purchase the item, then simply click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the respective item to your shopping cart.

When you have finished shopping, clicking the 'View Cart' menu (located in the top purple menu, or in the right-side 'How we help' menu when in the shopping area) will enable you to review your shopping cart products and/or services. If you are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart, then clicking the 'Check Out' button will proceed you to enter your contact and delivery details. After completing the required delivery details, clicking 'Purchase' will enable you to complete the purchase on a secure credit card entry page.

Credit Card Security

Our online shop uses a highly secure system for credit card processing - "Payment Express". The page where your credit card details are given by you is controlled by our contract merchant service provider, Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). Complex Family Foundation never receives, knows or holds your credit card details - providing an even greater level of security for your online shopping experience.

Your credit card details will be submitted through a secure connection; noted by a padlock in your browser window and the prefix "https" in the website address ("s" depicts "secure" connection). Note: your browser may produce a warning message; this is automatic and does not reflect on the high level of security built into our system. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Currency Conversion

We provide a currency converter on every product page and checkout, so that you may establish an approximate indication of what our products and/or services will cost in your local currency.

Order Confirmation

Following the submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ordered products and/or services and an order number. In the event that you need to contact us regarding your order, then please ensure you quote your order number.
