Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is added and clearly indicated during the shopping cart checkout process. Complex Family Foundation's Postage and Handling (P&H) costs for purchases through our website vary according to quantity of items ordered (weight x size) and destination country.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days from payment receipt. Please allow the following target shipping timeframes for the receipt of your order:

• New Zealand, North Island Customers: 1-2 working days
• New Zealand, South Island Customers: 2-3 working days
• Other Countries (sent by International Air Post): 5-15 working days

You can expect that orders will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified for each destination. However, because our courier or postal service does not always directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we do not guarantee that your order will always reach its destination within the target delivery timeframes. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your order is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.

Non-Receipt of Order

If your order does not arrive to you in the target delivery timeframes, you have 7 days to notify us. If you do not notify Complex Family Foundation within 7 days we cannot make a claim to our shipping provider and therefore we take no responsibility for your lost product(s).

Shipping Damage

If you receive your product(s) and it is damaged from shipping, you have 2 days to notify us. If you do not notify Complex Family Foundation within 2 days we take no responsibility for damages and cannot replace your product(s).

Complex Family Foundation does not take any responsibility if your product is returned in a damaged condition. It is your responsibility to ship product(s) to us in the original packaging (or equivalent) with bubble wrap. Failure to do so may void a replacement product.
