When one of your unique referral links is clicked the first time, we then track any purchases the visitor makes from then on against your affiliate account (regardless of whether they click your link again to visit our website, or visit our website directly).

Conditions of Application:

• Your application is not automatic, and will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. If accepted, then you will receive full details in an email to your listed email address;
• Complex Family Foundation will pay you 30% commission for each and every purchase made by a visitor to our website, whom initially clicked on your unique referral link to access our website.  Every subsequent visit and any purchase by the initially referred visitor is tracked against your Affiliate account (ie. they do not need to click your Affiliate link each visit for any future purchases - we track them from their first visit for you);
• Commissions for referral purchases are paid to you on the 20th of the month following the purchase;
• Monthly commission payments will only be paid to you if the balance due is $20 or greater, otherwise your commission will accumulate until the minimum payment amount is reached.
• Commissions are paid to you by way of cheque or directly into your provided bank account details;
• You agree to not send your unique Complex Family Foundation referral link as unsolicited email (spam) to recipients who may be offended;
• In the event we receive any complaint or notification that your unique referral link has been posted on inappropriate websites (eg. competitor's websites, adult content / pornographic related websites), and/or you have sent spam email to unsolicited recipients, then we maintain the right to revoke your unique referral link, cancel your affiliate account, and seek legal reparation if the situation requires such.
